Refund & Returns Policy

Returns Window

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, please contact us at sales@tcg-sc.co.uk with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unopened and unused (for sealed products)

  • In its original packaging

Single trading cards must be returned in the same condition as delivered.

Non‑Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Digital items

  • Download codes

  • Opened sealed products

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Mystery boxes or randomised products once opened

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect: we cover return shipping.

  • For all other returns (change of mind, unwanted items): the customer covers return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email sales@tcg-sc.co.uk.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will resolve the issue promptly.
