Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed. Payments are handled securely via third‑party payment providers integrated with Shopify.

4. Orders and Acceptance

An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued.

We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders where:

  • Payment is not authorised
  • Stock is unavailable
  • Pricing or listing errors occur
  • We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

We do not guarantee future value, collectability, or grading outcomes. Prices may fluctuate due to market conditions.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched, subject to applicable consumer law.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Certain items, including single cards and opened sealed products, may be excluded from change‑of‑mind returns due to their collectible nature.

Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

We take reasonable care to ensure information on the Site is accurate. However, we do not warrant that:
