All items are described as accurately as possible. Due to the nature of collectible goods, minor variations in appearance, packaging, colours, or print quality may occur.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or amend product listings at any time.
3. Product Condition and Collectibles
Trading cards and collectibles are subjective items whose condition can vary based on industry-standard grading practices and individual interpretation.
Where applicable, condition assessments are based on our reasonable judgement.
We do not guarantee:
- Future market value
- Investment performance
- Collectability
- Grading outcomes from PSA, CGC, BGS, or any other grading service
Prices and values of collectible items may fluctuate due to market conditions beyond our control.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
Prices include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed and dispatched.
Payments are handled securely via third-party payment providers integrated with Shopify. We do not store complete payment card information.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders. If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance.
An order is considered accepted only when:
- Payment has been successfully authorised; and
- We issue an order confirmation or dispatch the goods.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where:
- Payment is not authorised
- Stock is unavailable
- Pricing or listing errors occur
- We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse
- The order breaches these Terms
If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate at the time of ordering.

7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
Certain collectible products, including single trading cards, graded cards, opened sealed products, and mystery products, may be subject to specific return conditions.

We take reasonable care to ensure information on the Site is accurate.
However, we do not warrant that:
- Product descriptions
- Prices
- Product images
- Availability information
- Site content
are error-free, complete, or current at all times.

- Any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premium Card Marketplace Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the Site or the purchase of products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
