Shipping Policy

Processing & Handling Times

All orders are processed within 1 working day (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Shipping Services

We ship all orders using Royal Mail or Evri, depending on the service selected at checkout.

Available services include:

  • Royal Mail 1st Class

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48

  • Evri Standard

  • Evri Next Day (where available)

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United Kingdom: 1–5 working days depending on service

  • Channel Islands & Isle of Man: 3–7 working days

These are estimates provided by the courier and may vary during peak periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Order Tracking

Tracked services include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging

All trading cards are packaged securely using:

  • Toploaders or card sleeves

  • Team bags

  • Rigid mailers or padded envelopes

We ensure all items are protected during transit.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom

  • Channel Islands

  • Isle of Man

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Lost or Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at sales@tcg-sc.co.uk and we will investigate with the courier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
